Give Pygmy The Spear + Hit T-Rex With Spear.

Go to this island on the map.

Drag and drop the T-Rex egg three times. After the third time, a baby T-Rex will pop up and call the bigger T-Rex.

The T-Rex will come from the right of the screen and the spear will drop. Drag the spear to the pygmy.

The pygmy will then throw the spear at the T-Rex.
Take 'Er Down
Defeat The T-Rex.

You have to keep throwing spears at the T-Rex. A good tip is that only keep one pygmy on the island at a time - the T-Rex gains health when it eats pygmies. As soon as the pygmy has thrown its spear, drag it into the water so the T-Rex can't eat it.
You Know You Like Pocket God
Tap Sand Island Statue To Vaporize Pygmies.

Go to this island on the map.

Tap the statue three times and it will start to shine. It will then kill the pygmies on the island.

This unlocks the Spear.
