Visit Rock Island + Pin A Pygmy With A T-Rex Egg.

Visit this island on the map.

Add a pygmy to the island. Then, drag and drop the egg on top of the pygmy.
Let's Go Bowling!
Bowl Pygmies Off Island With T-Rex Egg.

To do this task, you should add a few more pygmies. Then, tap and hold the egg and move it to one end of the island - without letting go. Slide the egg sideways and let go, it will then bowl the pygmies out of the way.
Nature Calls + Occupied!
Pygmy Enters Outhouse + Call Pygmy Out Of Outhouse.

Add your pygmy and leave it to go to the outhouse by itself (if the outhouse is not available, there would be a red cross on the door. Enable it through the menu.).

To get the pygmy out of the outhouse, tap on the door three times.
Hold It! + Last Minute Relief
Pygmy Waiting For Outhouse Explodes + Pygmy Waiting For Outhouse Makes It In Time.

When one pygmy is in the outhouse, add another. Give this one time to feel like it needs to go to the outhouse. Once it does, it will go through three phases: 1) Impatience 2) Desperate 3) BURST! Leave it to burst. When you want it to make it in time, quickly tap the door three times while the pygmy is 'desperate'. The other will come out and he will go in.

This unlocks the Toilet God.
