Go to any one of these islands (if you go to the one with the statue with the arrow coming out of its mouth, you can't create a tsunami).
Sink To The Bottom + Well... HELLO!
Visit The Underwater Area + Create A Tsunami.
Once on an island, put your finger on the bottom of the screen and quickly slide it to the other side (if you don't create the wave at first, keep sliding the sea).
A tsunami will then come.
You will then arrive at the underwater area.
Have A Pygmy-Kabob
Harpoon Pygmies With Underwater Statue.
Tap on the statue at the bottom left corner. The spear will then spear any pygmies in the way.
This unlocks the Tsunami God.
