Go to any one of these places on the map.
Feeding Frenzy + Draw The Line
Play Bait Master Mini-Game + Feed Pygmy To Piranha.
If you are on an island, slide the sea quickly from one side of the screen to the other with your finger.
Once underwater, drag the anchor up and let it sink. This will begin the game.
A red arrow will appear from either the left or right side of the screen. This shows you where the piranha will come from. The piranha will then arrive. Starting from the piranha, use your finger to draw a line to a pygmy.
The piranha will then follow that line and eat the pygmy.
This unlocks the Piranha God.
